What was our approach?+


We began by developing a dedicated PR campaign around the Abacus Salary Survey to drive media coverage and broad awareness, referencing the company’s collaborative #BelfastforLife initiative. We strategically announced the results of the survey across the UK media landscape, tailored to regional geographic and industry sectors.

Jago also secured by-lined articles for Abacus Directors successfully positioning the business as a thought-leader and trusted advisor to its clients and candidates.

What was the impact?+


In our first month alone, Jago secured a total of 33 pieces of coverage with combined reach of over 13 million. 100% of the coverage included key messaging to highlight the results of the salary survey and raising the company’s profile at national level.

Extensive broadcast coverage and interviews including multiple TV bulletins and repeated coverage on Northern Ireland’s leading radio programmes. Coverage was also achieved in leading newspapers, with complementing online articles.

In the Republic of Ireland, broad coverage was led by a significant by-lined articles in leading business newspapers, while dedicated UK sector coverage was secured across numerous sectors. All coverage was amplified extensively through social media engagement to drove brand awareness and secure Abacus as the industry’s thought-leader.
