Empowering Peak Business Performance Event
Jago co-ordinated and managed a business event for leading audio-visual (AV) company, Niavac, to promote its one touch technology to business leaders from across Ireland to drive sales and encourage technology integration in business.
What was our approach?
Jago developed and delivered a focused communications strategy for the event, maximising brand exposure and engagement, whilst tactically ensuring it was well-organised and stress-free for the client, delivered on time and on budget. We proposed an event theme to engage business decision-makers across Ireland, exploring lessons that can be learnt from high performance sports strategies and applied to the business world. Leading sporting icons including rugby lion star Tommy Bowe and GAA All-Ireland winning captain Peter Canavan, along with broadcast legend Adrian Logan, were enlisted to discuss the topic as part of an interactive Q&A session at the Niavac Showrooms.
Research, insights, attention to detail and thoughtful planning, all underpinned by creativity, drove all tactical elements which included full event oversight, media relations pre and post event, social media and digital integration, event branding and messaging, coordinating invitations, identifying key attendees, briefing spokespeople, Q&A content development, creative videography and photography management, staging coordination and evaluation.
What was the impact?
The initiative exceeded objectives and expectations with over 80 business leaders attending the event, resulting in multiple business leads the following day. Feedback highlighted the professional organisation of the event and valuable insights gained from the celebrity sports stars. Our media strategy before and after the event secured extensive coverage focusing on our client across multiple channels including national online and print publications and business publications, reaching an audience of over 3 million.
