Creativity is king for Kukoon
Like Jago, Kukoon puts creativity at the heart of everything it does – but the bar has been raised with their latest artist collaboration. Kukoon partnered with County Down artist, Jacqueline Rooney, to produce works of art so beautiful, it’s almost a shame to walk on them.
Jacqueline, from Rostrevor, who is known for thinking outside the box, has produced six stunning designs inspired by the landscapes and coastlines of Carlingford Lough, the Cooley Peninsula and the Mourne Mountains.
There’s no doubt Jacqueline has captured the essence of coastal vistas, garden florals and wildflowers throughout.
The team at Kukoon comes alive when we talk about innovation and working with them is such an inspiration for Team Jago as we too pride ourselves on creating true difference through creativity. The Jacqueline Rooney by Kukoon collection is just one in a series of Kukoon collaborations which has included ranges with textile designer, Frances McBain and Scottish designer, Sadie Smith.
We love telling Kukoon’s growth story, from their origins as a small family-run business to becoming the largest rugs retailer in Ireland. We’re excited to see where this journey takes this company next!
